Gingersnap cookies

I made some Gingersnap cookies with my mom. We did not cook them we put the dough in the freezer for later. They are really easy to make. Once you have the dough mixed up, just pop  them in the freezer. You will want to divide the batch of dough into two clumps (it does not have to be perfect). Get two pieces of wax- paper and put one clump of dough on each piece, roll them up and then place them into a zipper freezer bag and put them in the freezer.
