Step one: get a peice of wire about a foot long.
Step two: get some fethers.
Step three: Wrap the wrire around the feathers.
Step four: take a piece of ribbon and tie it around the wire(around the feathers)(so it’s not sharp).
Step five:Make a circle at the end to make a handel to hold on to.
Now you have a whole made cat toy. That your cat will love. All cats love feathers.
